VW T5/T6 SWB
Majestic Wood Design VW T5 full run units, available in a huge range of colours – computer designed and CNC cut in house to order. The units have been precision designed to require very little in the way of alteration, though obviously all vans vary dependent on the lining and carpeting installed.
- All of the Majestic Wood Design units are made from super lightweight ply that is hard laminated on both sides.
- All units feature recessed joints for strength, a solid back to the lower section, flush fit doors, soft close metal box drawer, tambour door in tall cupboard and a top opening hatch on the worktop for easy access.
- Hidden gas cuboard and leisure battery hatches for safety and convenience.
- Fridge pod can house a Waeco Dometic CRX50 fridge or similar or can be provided with a door if fridge isn’t required. Stylish Aluminium air vent provided as standard.
- All of our unit bundles include a fully built unit, with worktop, window surround, table top, kickboards to suit bed, table leg/rail kit and a table holder bracket set – you can also upgrade to items such as soft close hinges, square catches, over window shelf, and our ‘floating’ unit design with low level light housing.
- The SWB Pro Unit features the following upgrade options: Executive Square Catches, Soft close hinges, Soft close drawer system, Double Cubby (Dubby) Storage and Over window LED light shelf,
- Matching kickboards can also be made to suit your bed.
- All units come complete with all trim, catches and fittings.
- All unit bundles come scribed and ready to fit with nominal work required (obviously all vans vary slightly)
- T5 Ply Lining kits and floors also available.
- All units allow a SMEV 9222 to be fitted without the need for additional cutting, and the worktop can be precut if required.
The Floating unit is a popular choice amongst the Majestic Wood Design customers and you can see why, the “Floating” design concept allows for floor level lighting to be added.
The Slimline Variants
We have created slimline designs that suit both the 120cm and 130cm bed that maximise space and usability. The slimline unit can accommodate the CAN FL1400 hob and sink.
The 130cm and the 120cm bed – like those from RIB and Titan are becoming increasingly popular – providing not only a third travelling seat but also a wider sleeping area.
The wider bed obviously means a narrower unit, which makes fitting cooking facilities in the standard layout tricky – so here are just some examples of the solutions we have created for both SWB and LWB vans.

Twin slider vans (particularly the T5/T6) are slightly different internally to a standard single slider van and so we have a specifically adapted twin slider version of our units designed to fit them. We can add access doors to the rear panel of the low kitchen section to allow entry from the extra door and additional table rails can also be fitted to allow al fresco dining.
